Meet Nick
Steady Voice in an Uncertain Moment
Nick chose personal injury law because he believes everyone deserves a steady, trusted voice to guide them through life’s most uncertain moments. After working for a large corporate defense firm, he found his calling representing people, rather than corporations. He believes in the human story behind every injury, and he turns intentional listening into effective advocacy.

Experience — Meeting People Where They Are
Nick’s advocacy starts with understanding the person behind the injury. That instinct was shaped early—as the youngest of four, he learned to listen closely and meet people where they are. He hears the full story before he builds the case.
Nick has served on numerous litigation teams across a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and workplace injuries. His attentiveness and candor make him an invaluable asset to the SiebenCarey team.
Educational Growth — The Foundation
Nick attributes much of his growth to his time at the University of St. Thomas School of Law—not only the coursework, but the relationships and skills he built along the way. He graduated magna cum laude in the top 10 of his class and earned Dean's Awards in both Torts and Lawyering Skills II, recognizing him as the top-performing student in each course—two subjects fundamental to personal injury litigation.
Honors and Awards

Family — The Reason He Fights
Family means everything to Nick. He saw firsthand the impact his father, a partner at SiebenCarey, had on clients who entrusted him with their stories and struggles. That example is what drew Nick to this work: the chance to stand beside people in hard moments and deliver results that matter.
When we asked why he wanted to practice personal injury litigation, he says:
“I wanted to see tangible results from my legal work, like helping a grieving family or securing compensation for someone who deserves it.”
Today, Nick continues to fight for the "little guy"—a role he playfully credits to his experience as the youngest child.
