Our client was waiting to turn left at a T in the road when, without warning, a vehicle sped from behind him and crashed in to the rear of his car. The force of the impact knocked our client's car in to oncoming traffic where a semi truck was unfortunately driving by. Our client's vehicle was shoved underneath the bed of the semi truck all the way up to the windshield. Police and ambulance responded to the accident to assist our client and extricate him from the vehicle.

Our client sustained severe injuries to his low back and pelvic region. He suffered multiple non-displaced fractures in his pelvic region and ultimately had a back fusion. He had six screws and two rods placed in his back after 18 months of conservative treatment with epidural and steroid injections.
