Art Kosieradzki represented the parents of a 8 month old boy who fell from a Little Tykes slide at his home daycare to a carpeted floor below. His daycare provider noticed that he was behaving "unusually" so she called 911. Paramedics found the boy unresponsive with no signs of external injuries. His brain injuries were discovered at the hospital and he has permanent brain damage as a result of this fall.
