A minor child sustained pelvic injuries while a passenger on her friend's go-cart. The driver lost control of the go-cart and struck a tree on the side of the go-cart that our client was sitting on.

She broke her pelvis, had two surgeries, spent 9 weeks in a wheel chair and 6 more weeks in a cast. She sustained significant scarring and has permanent nerve damage and loss of sensation in the back of her legs.
